The Ascended Stars

It's evening time, so normally the bar would be packed.  However, when the players reach the front of "The Ascended Stars", they notice the door slightly ajar, with nobody inside. 

Shoddily hanging above the bar is a "Welcome" sign painted in blood.

The Ascended Stars is a short sci-fi adventure in which a quick stop at the local bar quickly goes wrong.  There are two files available for download:

• The Two-Page version was originally made as a class assignment, in which the constraints were to create an adventure hook that took place within a single room, no more than one page + a map, and no NPCs.
• The Extended version was made for another assignment, upon which I built upon the original story, and this document contains an outline for the rest of the adventure.  

Any interested GMs are more than welcome to use either version, depending on how long of a session and how much creative freedom they would like.  The adventure is largely system-agnostic, but has some Mothership-specific checks, which could be modified for other systems.
